I woke up this morning to a few notes, one of which stuck out in my head the most: Your poem Scars from ~oddballoffun
I was intrigued, and so I opened it, not knowing exactly what to expect but knowing that they had read it and commented in May 2007.
What I found was a thank you and a link. So what was the link to?

It's beautiful, I love it, and I wanted to share with you how my day started so wonderfully this morning. It's this feeling that makes me want to bring *VisualLit back so badly and motivates me to get to some hard work on it.

The Meet!!

Okay so this weekend, thus far, has been highly eventful!

Friday night i went out to dinner with some friends, and they talked me into Going to South Beach . And of course I go! And have fun! and get home at 4am...
Why's that a big deal?
Aside from getting hit on by a crazy high chick who refused to believe that a guy we were talking to actually /was/ a guy and liked to remain that way...

I had the *Texasdevmeet the next morning!
And a crap load of stuff to do.
In the end I got about an hour and a half of sleep...

BUT! The meet was awesome, I met some really neat new people, reconnected with some that i've been pretty close to, got a tan, got a sun burn, cried, ate, had a chai, and eventually...slept.

I'm still dead tired and now i'm trying to get caught up and get on top of my work here again.
